I’ve never struggled with acne as in like pimples and actual acne on my face and shit but i have these spots on my nose and skin that i believe are from my pores being clogged or just my skin needing a cleanser or some routine bs, Can anyone suggest products good 4 this issue?

if ur acne or spots still persists after a couple months of skincare, then look into tretnoin 0.025%. Works as well as accutane for mild acne and skin texture

But i doubt it’s actually scars if you’ve never even had acne.

Try adapalene and azelaic acid. This combo is great for generally smooth and spotless skin, with some potential anti aging benefits aswell.

And just add in a simple gentle cleanser for PM, and a simple moisturizer as needed.
