wanting to try it to lighten up under eyes but dontknow if its legit or not

Yeh it is due to bloodvessels because of minoxidil, im gonna use retinol to try and thicken the skin, but i also think lightening the skin will help

its not because of minoxidil thats just pure delusion
retinol wont do much either imo

Not really
try to sleep well and eat well for 3 days
if its still shit its probably due to thin skin and bad fat pads only way is surgery
if there was a way to get rid of them it would be a billion dollar invention and everyone would be using it
since a ton of people have it,
