I‘m on accutane 30mg daily (67kg or 148lbs) for 2 weeks now and my lips and skin feel dry and sensitive asf. My nose also already looks more narrow but also dry.

Skincare routine:
-La roche posay effaclar h iso biome cleanser
-Skinoren 20% Azelaic acid (just at the evening)
-Axis Y Glow Serum (niacinamid and stuff)
-La roche posay effaclar h iso biome
-For the lips im using lrp nutrient lipstick or sum

Should i keep it like this? What products do u recommend while on accutane? The azelaic acid is working a bit i think but its really dry

20% azelaic acid and accutane instinctively sounds too much to me but never been on accutane so idk. Would change it for Cerave SA Cleanser because you need one either way

Also get carmex instead of lrp lip care

Azelaic acid should be around 12-20% and i think 20% could be a bit too much but still alright. As cleanser i use „la roche posay effaclar h iso biome cleanser“ someone recommended it for accutane use

LRP Effaclar is a moisturizer, not a cleanser. If you use a it as a cleanser, you clearly need moisturizer too. And with accutane and azelaic acid, you need sunscreen as well. Get a non jewish one tho

Ahh my mistake I just looked for "effaclar h iso biome" and Google only showed the "Feuchtigkeitspflege"
Enough Sun in germany (maybe apart from "Niedersachsen")

It's about sunshine, not heat. Look up "truck driver sun damage" and get some sunscreen you Weißbiertrinker

There is, between 8:30 (sunrise) and 16:30 (sunset). Not saying you should use 50+

My skincare routine goes something like this:

AM: Cleanse with DHC oil cleanser Apply Derma E Vitamin C Serum Apply Naturium SPF 50 Moisturizer

PM: Cleanse with LRP Toleriane Cleanser for Oily Skin Apply LRP Toleriane Double Repair Moisturizer to wet skin After letting my
skin dry I apply the tretinoin 0.05% cream from highstreetpharma to my entire face Apply LRP cicaplast Baumé to sensitive areas of face (nose creases,
around eyes, around lips).
