No joke i heard semen is good for skincare

I'm pretty sure skin quality is 90% genetics tbh. People with good bone structure, hair quality and good sexual dimorphism almost always have glowing skin. If your genetics are shit rubbing some moisturizer on your skin isn't gonna do shit. If your skin is bad it's because something is wrong ie hormones, thyroid, illness etc.

drop the retinol for retin a and use vit c in the morning

Too much shit each day. One active a day is enough.

+ Judging by the pics u posted in rating section, you acne is moderate enough to start using prescription tretinoin without a doubt.

Tret should clear your acne, helps with acne scarring and it's also the best anti-aging product (it's worth using even acne free)
So I'd dump glycolic acid and retinol 0.5 % and I'd ask a derm for prescription topical tretinoin.

Ofc first weeks will be a pimple fest, but this should clear after initial purging phase.

well does it give good results?
also whats a cleanser? is it necessary?

Switch vit C with Niacinamide.
Switch to tretinoin 0.25.
I’d recommend once you make the switch to just start at cleanser moisturizer tretinoin and sunscreen.
Slowly start adding actives from there to see what works.

For AM, make sure to apply the hyaluronic acid to damp skin as it'll absorb and moisturize the best.

For PM, I can almost guarantee you're going to damage your skin. I'm not sure if you're using all that in one night, but if you are you currently have three active ingredients being used at once: AHA, retinol, and vitamin C. While there's nothing inherently wrong with using both Vit C and retinol at the same time if you're skin can handle it, that's fine but I'd advise against it. I'd say use your toner in the mornings (although I've used that toner and find it less helpful than using the 10% Lactic Acid AHA from TO... you don't need toner as long as your cleanser has a good pH and you don't wear heavy makeup), and alternate nights between using Vit C and retinol. Also, please build up your skin tolerance to retinol, if you aren't sure how there are many threads on the internet to show you as using retinol too quickly can damage your skin barrier as your cells are renewing too fast.

*Important to note, although you may already know, if you choose to use Vit C in the mornings (morning Vit C good for sun protection (use with Vit E for extra sun protection) and night Vit C good for reducing dark spots (aka post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation)), never use it with niacinamide as they cancel each other out.
