Skincare product problem

There is a sylasilic acid cleanser that combines with hada labo avandce nourish acid moisturizer with oil-controlling sunscreens, bha exfoliators, retino, which helps reduce excess oil, hidden acne, and a little mild (very mild) inflammatory acne. But is it benign or not? I'm not sure what my skin is like right now, but it's thin, oily on the cheeks and nose, and sensitive, so I'm a bit worried. @Luca_.

It’s not harmful, but risky for thin sensitive, oily skin if you stack too many. Introduce slowly, don’t layer everything at once and watch for irritation i'd say
