Most products nowadays are just full of shit, one of the leading brands in skincare that was extremely popular on tiktok literally has methylparabens and other versions of it. This kills your test and has estrogenic effects on animals when tested, if you are trying to get heathy and increase your test, you should drop the fucking shit products and maybe get something that isn't damaging to your health.


Same with any supplements your taking, maybe take the time to look at what your using constantly when shit like prebiotics can literally have seed oils and other shit like gum arabic that damages your gut health.

If you are trying to get rid of acne, don't use some shit that fucks with your immune system, if you want to check you can use something like Yuka for general info, I prefer the Environmental Working Group because it actually tells about every single ingredient and potential issues, especially when apps like Yuka may claim risk-free.

Ingredients to avoid: Fragrance, any parabens, phenoxyl, potassium sorbate, any dyes (Red 40, Blue 1,), any ingredient with the word 'gum' in it, carrageenan, sodium benzoate, acefult potassium, propylene gycol or anything with glycol in its name, phltates, and it goes on and on, just research all the shit you plan on taking or using every single day, just fucking read your labels or your going to do more harm then good. ESPECIALLY, and I mean ESPECIALLY, if its shit your putting on your skin twice a day.

especially if multiple products you use every single day, twice a day, have endocrine disruptors LIKE parabebs
