Boyos I need help crafting a skincare routine. I have dry acne scarred skin at the moment, and do have occasional breakouts of acne though that isn't as much of a problem anymore as I'm drinking plenty of water and eating healthier. So lay on it me, what do I need to build a skincare routine and recommend some reasonably priced products for me as I am on a budget right now.

i wash my face with water every morning and night. retin a every other day. no soda. only water. my skin hasn’t been this good in forever. (bc of retin a )

no. retin a is a cream. i wash my face w water in morning and night. then i use on retin a after i’m done washing my face at night. then if the peeling is bad i use moisturizer. but i always moisture in morning

then at night i wash face, then retin a.

And if my skin is flaky midday, i jjst moisturizer

i just use a generic one. it really doesn’t matter tbh. and sunscreen is important too. i have a moisturizer with built in sunscreen

Skincare is trial and error for the most part, unless you already have clear skin.

I only use Lotion, Retin A and a good diet.

Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser
Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Daily Face Wash, Creamy (fragrance free)
CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser

Moisturizers:
Habolabo Gokujun premium hyaluronic solution
Neutrogena oil free face moisturizer
Cetaphil moisturizing lotion
CeraVe lotion PM

Sunscreen:
Neutrogena sunscreen dry touch 60 spf
Australian Gold Botanical mineral sunscreen (tinted)
Biore UV aqua rich watery essence
--

mourning:
1. rinse face with water
2. moisturizer
3. let face dry
4. sunscreen (if you use tretinoin)

afternoon:
1. cleanse face
2. moisturize
3. wait for skin to completely dry
4. tretinoin (every other day)

--
(if you aren't using tretinoin):
If you have acne, put benzoyl peroxide before you cleanse your face at night
wait 5 mins before you cleanse

Can you name that product? I’m tired of buying skin care and it turns out to be utter shit. I want the stuff you guys use cause it obv works.
