In this guide you will learn EVERYTHING you need to know about how to make your skin from a normie tier to chad skin. I will go straight forward to what you need without any bullshit.

Let’s begin:

Introduction
This isn’t skincare. This is dermal warfare.

Too many men settle for average skin, ignoring the fact that it can be one of the most powerful visual tools in achieving an aesthetic edge. Flaky texture, chronic redness, acne scars, excessive oil, and dullness — these imperfections don’t just hold you back; they mog you, no matter how good your bone structure or physique is.

You can’t just rely on your genetics or “basic” skincare routines. If you’re serious about your looksmaxxing journey, you need to treat your skin like a serious asset, optimizing it with the same precision you apply to your training or supplementation.

This guide is not about hygiene or basic skincare tips; it’s about achieving porcelain level aesthetics. A face that’s not only clear but smooth, firm, and radiant — one that makes your bone structure and overall features stand out like never before.

What we’ll cover:

  • Internal stacks that optimize inflammation, oil production, collagen synthesis, and skin healing
  • Fitzpatrick skin type precision for custom topical regimens and treatments
  • Clinical-level protocols for scar reversal, tone perfection, and collagen rejuvenation
  • Hardmaxxing tips for glowmaxxing your skin and achieving a 4K effect in real life
  • The ultimate skin aesthetic arsenal that will take you from average to mogger-tier, no matter your budget

The end goal?

A face that’s so smooth, firm, and flawless, it mogs 90% of normies without you even having to flex.

Internal Stack for Skin Optimization
Fix the inside first. Inflammation, poor collagen, and hormones are the root of 90 percent of bad skin. This stack builds the foundation for elite skin quality.
I will do it straightforward-

Anti Inflammatory Core

Curcumin with black pepper
Omega 3 EPA and DHA
Astaxanthin
Green tea extract

Kills systemic inflammation, lowers acne, fades redness

Collagen and Structural Repair

Hydrolyzed collagen peptides
Vitamin C
Silicon (MMST or bamboo)
Zinc

Builds firm texture, repairs damage, boosts elasticity

Hormonal and Sebum Regulation

DIM
Spearmint extract
Saw palmetto
Myo inositol

It Reduces oil, controls acne, balances DHT and insulin

Glowmaxxing Enhancers
Liposomal glutathione or NAC
CoQ10
Hyaluronic acid
MSM

It Brightens skin, increases hydration, supports even tone

Topical Regimen and Fitzpatrick Precision
Topicals- your skincare basically, are where most people either overdo it or completely miss the mark. The key is choosing the right actives, matching them to your Fitzpatrick skin type, and cycling them strategically to avoid irritation while maximizing cellular turnover, hydration, and pigmentation control.

Fitzpatrick Type Matching

IMG-1050.jpg

1. Type 1–2 (very fair, burns easily)

Use gentler acids like mandelic or lactic. Prioritize barrier protection and pigmentation control.

2. Type 3–4 (olive to medium brown)

Balanced use of retinoids and BHAs. Watch for post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation with stronger peels.

3.Type 5–6 (dark brown to black)

Focus on pigment stability. Use niacinamide, azelaic acid, and gentle retinoids. Avoid aggressive exfoliation.

Core Topicals

IMG-1052.jpg

1. Cleanser

Low pH, non-stripping. Gel or cream-based depending on oil level.

2.Exfoliant

Mandelic acid, lactic acid, or salicylic acid depending on sensitivity and Fitzpatrick type. Use every day a week.

3.Retinoid

Tretinoin or tazarotene . Use at night. Start slow and buffer if needed.

4.Moisturizer

Ceramide-rich, non-comedogenic. Lock in hydration post-exfoliation or retinoid use.

5. Sunscreen

SPF 50 minimum, daily use mandatory. Zinc oxide or hybrid formulations preferred.

Skin Barrier Support

Niacinamide

Panthenol

Centella asiatica

Use after actives to reduce inflammation and rebuild the skin barrier.

Clinical Procedures for Skin Optimization
While a solid skincare routine and internal stack lay the foundation, clinical procedures are where you elevate your skin to an entirely new level. These treatments go beyond daily care, offering targeted interventions to address scars, texture, pores, pigmentation, and overall skin vitality.

1.Microneedling (Dermarolling)

Microneedling stimulates collagen production by creating micro injuries in the skin. It’s highly effective for improving skin texture, tightening, and reducing scars. Perform it in office for best results, or use a dermaroller at home with proper technique.

Frequency:

  • Professional microneedling: Every 3 weeks.
  • At-home dermarolling: 4 times a week.

2.Chemical Peels

Peels use acids to remove dead skin cells, improving texture, pigmentation, and skin tone. Light chemical peels (like glycolic acid) can be used regularly, while deeper peels (like TCA or phenol) address more significant scarring or deep wrinkles.

Frequency:

  • Light peels: Every 1 week.
  • Deep peels: Once or twice half a year.

3.Laser Treatments.

Laser resurfacing (like CO2 or fractional lasers) is perfect for addressing scarring, hyperpigmentation, and overall skin rejuvenation. These procedures use high-energy light to target the deeper layers of the skin and trigger collagen production.

Frequency:

  • Typically done in a series of 3–5 sessions, spaced 4–6 weeks apart.

4. PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)

PRP, also known as the “vampire facial,” involves drawing your blood, isolating the platelets, and then injecting them back into your skin. This process speeds up collagen regeneration and is excellent for treating scars, wrinkles, and fine lines.

Frequency:

  • 3–5 sessions spaced a month apart, then maintenance once a year.

5.Microneedling with PRP

Combine microneedling and PRP for maximum rejuvenation. The microneedling helps the PRP penetrate deeper, amplifying its effects on collagen production and skin repair.

Frequency:

  • Typically done every 2-3 weeks for the first 3 sessions, then once or twice a year for maintenance.

6. Cryotherapy for Skin Tightening

Cryotherapy uses extremely cold temperatures to stimulate collagen production and tighten the skin. It’s excellent for reducing puffiness, improving texture, and contouring the face. Think of it as cold hardmaxxing.

Frequency:

  • Weekly or biweekly for skin tightening.

Sample Clinical Procedure Protocol

  1. Microneedling (once a month)
  2. Chemical peel (every 2–3 weeks)
  3. Laser resurfacing (every 3–6 months)
  4. PRP (quarterly)

Clinical treatments can supercharge the results you’re already getting from your internal stack and topical regimen. The goal is synergy — maximizing your effort for maximum skin perfection.

Reversing Scarring and Imperfections
Scars, hyperpigmentation, enlarged pores, and uneven texture ruin the aesthetic flow of your face. This section focuses on surgical-level solutions for smoothing your canvas and restoring uniformity.
Problem-Acne Scars

Ice pick scars:

Solution-
  • TCA Cross (precise chemical reconstruction)
  • Punch excision if deep

Boxcar and rolling scars

Solution
  • Microneedling with PRP
  • Fractional CO2 laser
  • Subcision for tethered scars

Protocol

  • Alternate microneedling and CO2 laser every 4 weeks
  • Combine with PRP and TCA Cross where needed

Problem- Hyperpigmentation and Melasma

Solution
  • Use azelaic acid, arbutin, tranexamic acid topically
  • Combine with oral glutathione and vitamin C
  • Add in chemical peels and IPL laser sessions

Protocol

  • Daily pigmentation routine with actives
  • Monthly light peels
  • Laser or IPL every 6–8 weeks

Problem-Pore Refinement

Solution
  • Tretinoin/ tazerotene and salicylic acid for ongoing control
  • Microneedling to reduce pore depth
  • Laser resurfacing for long-term pore size shrinkage

Protocol

  • Daily retinoid use
  • Monthly microneedling
  • Occasional fractional laser if needed

Problem-Redness and Blotchiness

Solution
  • Niacinamide, centella asiatica, and azelaic acid to calm skin
  • Red light therapy and vascular lasers to reduce flushing

Protocol

  • Daily anti-redness topicals
  • Red light therapy 3–5x a week
  • Vascular laser every few months

Once you’ve reversed damage, everything else you do — topicals, glowmaxxing, skincare — will shine brighter.

Glowmaxxing and Radiance
Glow is the final boss of skin aesthetics. It signals hydration, health, and youth. A glowing face can carry average features. This section focuses on maximizing reflectivity, skin clarity, and that subtle luminous quality seen in elite-tier faces.

Hydration from Within

  • Hyaluronic acid (oral and topical)
  • MSM (methylsulfonylmethane)
  • Electrolyte-balanced water
  • Bone broth and gelatin

Deep hydration fills out fine lines, plumps the skin, and boosts surface reflectivity.

Topical Radiance Stack

  • Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) for brightening and collagen
  • Niacinamide for barrier support and even tone
  • Alpha arbutin for fading pigmentation
  • Copper peptides for elasticity and luminosity
  • Snail mucin or urea for moisture and glass skin finish

Use in the morning for protection and brightness. Retinoids at night maintain cellular turnover.

Light Therapy and Energy Stimulation

  • Red light therapy (660nm and 850nm) enhances mitochondrial activity and glow
  • Use daily or every other day, 10–20 minutes per session
  • Optional: finish with cold therapy or cryo stick for added vasoconstriction and surface sheen

Skin Polishing
  • Enzyme exfoliants (papaya or pineapple) weekly
  • Gommage masks for gentle sloughing
  • Occasional dermaplaning to remove dead skin and peach fuzz

Leaves skin ultra smooth and maximally reflective under light.

Glowmaxx Protocol

AM:

Cleanser

Vitamin C serum

Niacinamide

Moisturizer

Sunscreen

PM:

Cleanser

Retinoid

Hydrating serum (HA or peptides)

Moisturizer or overnight mask

Weekly:

Red light sessions

Enzyme exfoliant

Cryo finish.

That’s all you need for super glowing skin.

Maintenance and Long-Term Optimization
Once you’ve built elite skin, your mission becomes preservation and slow enhancement. Maintenance isn’t passive — it’s an active defense against aging, inflammation, and environmental damage. This is how you lock in your glow and continue improving.

Daily Discipline
  • Never skip sunscreen
  • Stick to a minimalist, non-irritating routine
  • Keep using key actives: retinoids, vitamin C, niacinamide, peptides
  • Stay hydrated and sleep 7–9 hours
  • Track breakouts or dullness — adjust accordingly
  • Try no stress as less as you can- read this thread for it- Thread 'Science Of Stress : Everything You Should Know'https://looksmax.org/threads/science-of-stress-everything-you-should-know.1432420/ .

Weekly Upkeep

  • Exfoliate gently 3-4x a week
  • Use red light or cold therapy
  • Swap in brightening masks or skin-soothing packs

Monthly Protocols

  • At-home dermarolling or pro microneedling
  • Light chemical peel or enzyme treatment
  • Full skin assessment under natural light

Quarterly to Biannual Treatments

  • PRP, laser touch-ups, or deeper peels
  • Tweak internal stack as seasons shift (more hydration in winter, more antioxidants in summer)
  • Evaluate supplement load — drop what’s no longer needed, keep only effective ones

Aesthetic Checkpoints

Every 3–6 months, re-evaluate:
  • Texture and tone
  • Pore size
  • Scar visibility
  • Evenness under direct light
  • Fitzpatrick resilience (how your skin responds to sun, peels, and trauma)

Conclusion
Conclusion-
This thread was never just about skincare. It was about full spectrum biological leverage applying pharmacology, dermatology, endocrinology, and aesthetic science to dominate your visual impression.

By targeting inflammation, collagen, pigmentation, barrier function, and hormonal signaling, you aren’t treating skin - you’re engineering it.

In this guide you will learn EVERYTHING you need to know about how to make your skin from a normie tier to chad skin. I will go straight forward to what you need without any bullshit.

You after this guide
IMG-1048.jpg

Let’s begin:

Fix the inside first. Inflammation, poor collagen, and hormones are the root of 90 percent of bad skin. This stack builds the foundation for elite skin quality.
I will do it straightforward-

Anti Inflammatory Core

Curcumin with black pepper
Omega 3 EPA and DHA
Astaxanthin
Green tea extract

Kills systemic inflammation, lowers acne, fades redness

Collagen and Structural Repair

Hydrolyzed collagen peptides
Vitamin C
Silicon (MMST or bamboo)
Zinc

Builds firm texture, repairs damage, boosts elasticity

Hormonal and Sebum Regulation

DIM
Spearmint extract
Saw palmetto
Myo inositol

It Reduces oil, controls acne, balances DHT and insulin

Glowmaxxing Enhancers
Liposomal glutathione or NAC
CoQ10
Hyaluronic acid
MSM

It Brightens skin, increases hydration, supports even tone

In this guide you will learn EVERYTHING you need to know about how to make your skin from a normie tier to chad skin. I will go straight forward to what you need without any bullshit.

You after this guide
IMG-1048.jpg

Let’s begin:

Fix the inside first. Inflammation, poor collagen, and hormones are the root of 90 percent of bad skin. This stack builds the foundation for elite skin quality.
I will do it straightforward-

Anti Inflammatory Core

Curcumin with black pepper
Omega 3 EPA and DHA
Astaxanthin
Green tea extract

Kills systemic inflammation, lowers acne, fades redness

Collagen and Structural Repair

Hydrolyzed collagen peptides
Vitamin C
Silicon (MMST or bamboo)
Zinc

Builds firm texture, repairs damage, boosts elasticity

Hormonal and Sebum Regulation

DIM
Spearmint extract
Saw palmetto
Myo inositol

It Reduces oil, controls acne, balances DHT and insulin

Glowmaxxing Enhancers
Liposomal glutathione or NAC
CoQ10
Hyaluronic acid
MSM

It Brightens skin, increases hydration, supports even tone

Scars, hyperpigmentation, enlarged pores, and uneven texture ruin the aesthetic flow of your face. This section focuses on surgical-level solutions for smoothing your canvas and restoring uniformity.
Problem-Acne Scars

Ice pick scars:

Solution-
  • TCA Cross (precise chemical reconstruction)
  • Punch excision if deep

Boxcar and rolling scars

Solution
  • Microneedling with PRP
  • Fractional CO2 laser
  • Subcision for tethered scars

Protocol

  • Alternate microneedling and CO2 laser every 4 weeks
  • Combine with PRP and TCA Cross where needed

Problem- Hyperpigmentation and Melasma

Solution
  • Use azelaic acid, arbutin, tranexamic acid topically
  • Combine with oral glutathione and vitamin C
  • Add in chemical peels and IPL laser sessions

Protocol

  • Daily pigmentation routine with actives
  • Monthly light peels
  • Laser or IPL every 6–8 weeks

Problem-Pore Refinement

Solution
  • Tretinoin/ tazerotene and salicylic acid for ongoing control
  • Microneedling to reduce pore depth
  • Laser resurfacing for long-term pore size shrinkage

Protocol

  • Daily retinoid use
  • Monthly microneedling
  • Occasional fractional laser if needed

Problem-Redness and Blotchiness

Solution
  • Niacinamide, centella asiatica, and azelaic acid to calm skin
  • Red light therapy and vascular lasers to reduce flushing

Protocol

  • Daily anti-redness topicals
  • Red light therapy 3–5x a week
  • Vascular laser every few months

Once you’ve reversed damage, everything else you do — topicals, glowmaxxing, skincare — will shine brighter.

Glow is the final boss of skin aesthetics. It signals hydration, health, and youth. A glowing face can carry average features. This section focuses on maximizing reflectivity, skin clarity, and that subtle luminous quality seen in elite-tier faces.

Hydration from Within

  • Hyaluronic acid (oral and topical)
  • MSM (methylsulfonylmethane)
  • Electrolyte-balanced water
  • Bone broth and gelatin

Deep hydration fills out fine lines, plumps the skin, and boosts surface reflectivity.

Topical Radiance Stack

  • Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) for brightening and collagen
  • Niacinamide for barrier support and even tone
  • Alpha arbutin for fading pigmentation
  • Copper peptides for elasticity and luminosity
  • Snail mucin or urea for moisture and glass skin finish

Use in the morning for protection and brightness. Retinoids at night maintain cellular turnover.

Light Therapy and Energy Stimulation

  • Red light therapy (660nm and 850nm) enhances mitochondrial activity and glow
  • Use daily or every other day, 10–20 minutes per session
  • Optional: finish with cold therapy or cryo stick for added vasoconstriction and surface sheen

Skin Polishing
  • Enzyme exfoliants (papaya or pineapple) weekly
  • Gommage masks for gentle sloughing
  • Occasional dermaplaning to remove dead skin and peach fuzz

Leaves skin ultra smooth and maximally reflective under light.

Glowmaxx Protocol

AM:

Cleanser

Vitamin C serum

Niacinamide

Moisturizer

Sunscreen

PM:

Cleanser

Retinoid

Hydrating serum (HA or peptides)

Moisturizer or overnight mask

Weekly:

Red light sessions

Enzyme exfoliant

Cryo finish.

That’s all you need for super glowing skin.

Once you’ve built elite skin, your mission becomes preservation and slow enhancement. Maintenance isn’t passive — it’s an active defense against aging, inflammation, and environmental damage. This is how you lock in your glow and continue improving.

Daily Discipline
  • Never skip sunscreen
  • Stick to a minimalist, non-irritating routine
  • Keep using key actives: retinoids, vitamin C, niacinamide, peptides
  • Stay hydrated and sleep 7–9 hours
  • Track breakouts or dullness — adjust accordingly
  • Try no stress as less as you can- read this thread for it- Thread 'Science Of Stress : Everything You Should Know'https://looksmax.org/threads/science-of-stress-everything-you-should-know.1432420/ .

Weekly Upkeep

  • Exfoliate gently 3-4x a week
  • Use red light or cold therapy
  • Swap in brightening masks or skin-soothing packs

Monthly Protocols

  • At-home dermarolling or pro microneedling
  • Light chemical peel or enzyme treatment
  • Full skin assessment under natural light

Quarterly to Biannual Treatments

  • PRP, laser touch-ups, or deeper peels
  • Tweak internal stack as seasons shift (more hydration in winter, more antioxidants in summer)
  • Evaluate supplement load — drop what’s no longer needed, keep only effective ones

Aesthetic Checkpoints

Every 3–6 months, re-evaluate:
  • Texture and tone
  • Pore size
  • Scar visibility
  • Evenness under direct light
  • Fitzpatrick resilience (how your skin responds to sun, peels, and trauma)

Niacinamide

Panthenol

Centella asiatica

Use after actives to reduce inflammation and rebuild the skin barrier.

Scars, hyperpigmentation, enlarged pores, and uneven texture ruin the aesthetic flow of your face. This section focuses on surgical-level solutions for smoothing your canvas and restoring uniformity.

  • Use daily or every other day, 10–20 minutes per session
  • Optional: finish with cold therapy or cryo stick for added vasoconstriction and surface sheen

Skin Polishing
  • Enzyme exfoliants (papaya or pineapple) weekly
  • Gommage masks for gentle sloughing
  • Occasional dermaplaning to remove dead skin and peach fuzz

Leaves skin ultra smooth and maximally reflective under light.

Glowmaxx Protocol

AM:

Cleanser

Vitamin C serum

Niacinamide

Moisturizer

Sunscreen

PM:

Cleanser

Retinoid

Hydrating serum (HA or peptides)

Moisturizer or overnight mask

Weekly:

Red light sessions

Enzyme exfoliant

Cryo finish.

That’s all you need for super glowing skin.

Once you’ve built elite skin, your mission becomes preservation and slow enhancement. Maintenance isn’t passive — it’s an active defense against aging, inflammation, and environmental damage. This is how you lock in your glow and continue improving.

Daily Discipline
  • Never skip sunscreen
  • Stick to a minimalist, non-irritating routine
  • Keep using key actives: retinoids, vitamin C, niacinamide, peptides
  • Stay hydrated and sleep 7–9 hours
  • Track breakouts or dullness — adjust accordingly
  • Try no stress as less as you can- read this thread for it- Thread 'Science Of Stress : Everything You Should Know'https://looksmax.org/threads/science-of-stress-everything-you-should-know.1432420/ .

Weekly Upkeep

  • Exfoliate gently 3-4x a week
  • Use red light or cold therapy
  • Swap in brightening masks or skin-soothing packs

Monthly Protocols

  • At-home dermarolling or pro microneedling
  • Light chemical peel or enzyme treatment
  • Full skin assessment under natural light

Quarterly to Biannual Treatments

  • PRP, laser touch-ups, or deeper peels
  • Tweak internal stack as seasons shift (more hydration in winter, more antioxidants in summer)
  • Evaluate supplement load — drop what’s no longer needed, keep only effective ones

Aesthetic Checkpoints

Every 3–6 months, re-evaluate:
  • Texture and tone
  • Pore size
  • Scar visibility
  • Evenness under direct light
  • Fitzpatrick resilience (how your skin responds to sun, peels, and trauma)

Conclusion-
This thread was never just about skincare.

In this guide you will learn EVERYTHING you need to know about how to make your skin from a normie tier to chad skin. I will go straight forward to what you need without any bullshit.

Let’s begin:

Fix the inside first. Inflammation, poor collagen, and hormones are the root of 90 percent of bad skin. This stack builds the foundation for elite skin quality.
I will do it straightforward-

Anti Inflammatory Core

Curcumin with black pepper
Omega 3 EPA and DHA
Astaxanthin
Green tea extract

Kills systemic inflammation, lowers acne, fades redness

Collagen and Structural Repair

Hydrolyzed collagen peptides
Vitamin C
Silicon (MMST or bamboo)
Zinc

Builds firm texture, repairs damage, boosts elasticity

Hormonal and Sebum Regulation

DIM
Spearmint extract
Saw palmetto
Myo inositol

It Reduces oil, controls acne, balances DHT and insulin

Glowmaxxing Enhancers
Liposomal glutathione or NAC
CoQ10
Hyaluronic acid
MSM

It Brightens skin, increases hydration, supports even tone

It’s PIE and I have it too beacuse I had severe acne. It goes away with time but if you want to ret rid of it faster then use accutane, Taz, microneedling, LED, and you have to use sunscreen beacuse sun is what mostly make your pimples turn into these red spots (PIE).

And you can hardmax those with PDL and with vbeam Perfecta .

So not using sunscreen made them come to existence?

How much time? It’s already been 1.5 years? Is it 2 years? 3 years?

Does tretinoin have any effect on these? Is it worth to keep using it?

I can’t get Taz in the uk, but would I notice any difference if I use accutane?

Is there any scarring there as well?

1. No. It’s not only beacuse of not using sunscreen but the sun can play a big factor on your PIE negatively .

2.idk. It’s different on everyone else. Go to a doctor he will know.

3. Yes tret can help and it’s def worth it.

4.Tazerotene and accutane serve a different purpose so Yes you will see difference, but it’s better to keep them both.

Skinmaxxing: Achieve Porcelain Aesthetics Through Biochemical Warfare, Fitzpatrick Precision, and Clinical Level Protocols

The most common topic on looksmax org yet still haven’t been covered 100%. In this thread I will cover it without all the bullshit.

Table of contents
  1. Introduction: The Journey to Porcelain Skin.
  2. Internal Stack for Skin Optimization.
  3. Topical Regimen and Fitzpatrick Precision.
  4. Clinical Procedures for Skin Optimization.
  5. Reversing Scarring & Imperfections.

In this guide you will learn EVERYTHING you need to know about how to make your skin from a normie tier to chad skin. I will go straight forward to what you need without any bullshit.

You after this guide
IMG-1048.jpg

Let’s begin:

Fix the inside first. Inflammation, poor collagen, and hormones are the root of 90 percent of bad skin. This stack builds the foundation for elite skin quality.
I will do it straightforward-

Anti Inflammatory Core

Curcumin with black pepper
Omega 3 EPA and DHA
Astaxanthin
Green tea extract

Kills systemic inflammation, lowers acne, fades redness

Collagen and Structural Repair

Hydrolyzed collagen peptides
Vitamin C
Silicon (MMST or bamboo)
Zinc

Builds firm texture, repairs damage, boosts elasticity

Hormonal and Sebum Regulation

DIM
Spearmint extract
Saw palmetto
Myo inositol

It Reduces oil, controls acne, balances DHT and insulin

Glowmaxxing Enhancers
Liposomal glutathione or NAC
CoQ10
Hyaluronic acid
MSM

It Brightens skin, increases hydration, supports even tone

2.Exfoliant
