hi so im skinny, 58kg for 5'11 ( brutal ), and im pale asf but got black hairs, dark eyebrows and t50 eyes i look like a fucking vampire and my head looks like sick n shit, how to fix that

reach 63kg and get some musculature and u will be fine

also black hair on bright-pale skin looks good (contrast)

how ? like i cant eat much it's feels like impossible to me ngl
i used to be 182cm and 55kg

i started doing light training at home which increased my appetite, and i would eat until i literally couldnt. eventually i gained weight quickly

also when i gained weight my face filled out and looked way way better, i thought only the body would change but no the face changed as well for the better
 
130lbs at 5'11 is bad but its nowhere near bad enough to cause these symptoms. Your BMI isn't even underweight, just on the lower side of healthy. You should try to figure out if you have any other health problems since I doubt this is your weight causing it.

WHAT I WOULD DO:

YOU NEED TO MAINTAIN THE SAME BF OR LOWER( 15% or less)


-lean bulk
Some people are too scared of the “bloat” and aren’t providing enough nutriments into their bodys.If you were like me,you probably have a small appetite and thats ok.Space out your meals and have snacks in between.You need to have a 500 -700 calorie surplus.

IF YOU REALLY HAVE A SMALL APPETITE:

-MK667
but be aware of the bloat

Favorite snacks:

-two sourdough slice of bread with natural peanut butter(without seed oil) with one sliced banana on top of that

-greek yogurt bowl with cocoa powder,blueberries and you can add other toppings

-medjoul dates with 85% dark chocolate or more

-two avocados

At your weight, the only cardio that I would do is walking.You need to walk around 15 000 steps per day and you dont need other cardio methods like sprinting or stairmaster.

You also need to go to the gym(water info)
I do PPL and its perfectly fine.

FOR THE COLORING:

-Get a tan but remember to put sunscreen
-Take beta carotene (50 000ui daily) take that with fat like avocados
-Lycopene and astaxanthin could work for red undertone BUT BE CAREFUL,IT BLOCKS DHT

Now your all set,coloring and your physique is fixed.

REMEMBER: YOU NEED TO HAVE LESS THAN 15% BF

same as me but getting a tan really gave me more appeal and compliments and there’s studys that find that women prefer men with a more tanned skin tone.And trust me,it’s real.

definitely beta-carotene and for those warmer red undertone I would go for astaxanthin

Combine that with the sun and your all set
