Skinny-Fat Question

I have a 20 bmi which is pretty low but normal. No matter what weight i am i am still skinny fat with not clearly defined abs not much muscle but when i get low weight i have hollow cheeks and decent bone. What should i do, lean bulk then cut since im in puberty still.

if ur still in puberty just maintain tbh
definitely dont go in a deficit
but dont bulk and end up obese

bro you are in pubery, eat as much as you need to (quality food ofc) and lift weights. That's the only way to lose skinny fat build, i know it from experience, you can't cut when you are skinny fat since you have no muscle mass.

but i feel like muscle isnt hte problem (i hv no muscle) but bc my stomach no abs show and im low bmi and its not about muscles their

you ask for help, i deliver it to you and as a matter of fact i started gym as skinny fat retard, then you try to prove me wrong when i went through a journey you want to start. See how dumb it is ??

Find a good program, learn the basics of programming and lifting and go on a bulk (roughly 200-500 calories above maintenance) and do that for at least 6 months. You won't get fat. Worst case scenario is you hit 500 cal surplus every day and it all goes to fat which means like 20-25lbs of fat, but more likely is you gain something like 5-10lbs of muscle and a few pounds of fat.
