I’m tired of being chubby but I’m also mid puberty so I’m not sure if I can cut without cooking my development and bonemass. Someone help a chud out.

Eat at maintenance/100 calorie surplus till puberty is over, then cut down to 10-15% bodyfat.


As you grow muscles, you will be less "chub" looking

idk how old you are but if you are over 16 try using IGF 1-LR3 wich helps you boost muscle and take hgh fragment 176-191 wich helps you loose fat. train everyday, eat healthy, cut sugar, sleep 8+ hours. do that for half a year and you will be a different person
