How are you skinny?

Do you not feel hungry?
Do you resist hunger?
Do you eat breakfast or lunch? (when I was skinny I didn’t like school lunch food)
Sports? (I played a lot when younger)


So I was probably skinny due to playing lots of sport + skipping lunch.

I eat 3 meals a day. Yet I stay skinny.

I merely am meant to be skinny.

I don't really feel hungry because I eat fiber and I eat very slowly (makes me feel full)
I don't resist hunger because I barely feel it
on week end I eat a big breakfast and no lunch, I resume eating later in the day

Cardio 5 times a week (45 min) , lot of abs training and pretty physical job too

I think one of my problems now may be eating way too fast, so fast that i’ve probably consumed most of the food before my body even realises that i’m eating. Causing me to get hungry quicker and not feel as satiated as I should with my meal.

Mirin the cardio, I used to play 2 hours of sport a day at competitive level, but me getting on the stair master and treadmill even for 20 mins is an absolute drag now.

Best way to nuke apatite is zero carbs tbh. And also no diet soda. Carbs leave me craving shit and just ends up me eating so much shit due to blood sugar. Few days of zero carb and OMAD leaves me enjoying one large meal a day and keeps me satiated for 24hr, where I eat again. Best part of my day, tbh and I get to look forward to eating daily.

Drinking some water stops any slight hunger before the 24hr period.

hm, will actually do that in the next few days, tho does diet soda actually make u crave things? if i eat a chocolate bar it makes me binge but a diet soda doesnt do that tbh

It does for me. It’s like feeding the craving with something sweet that’s 0 calories so never really satisfied sweet tooth and left me craving. Best way is just to not have the sweet tooth in general imo which is 0 carb, at least while leanmaxing.

now when i think about it my cut was the easiest when i did 0 carb, tho i had less energy overall but less cravings, i was a zombie tbh, gonna try it for a few days to see if its better

Do you resist hunger? I would be entertained all day with something to do, so thats how i justify having good "hunger resistance"

Sports? (I played a lot when younger) Yeah i also did a lot of sports at least 4/5 days training every week.

I had previously done carnivore for a while. Until I adapted to a fat based metabolism, I was slightly lethargic also, it solved eventually though. You’ve been on a carb based metabolism all your life so it’s a bit like drug withdrawal. Higher fat intake also improves it, but it’s quite low currently for me, but still feel good and have more energy now during the day surprisingly. I eat my meal close to bed since after eating such high protein meal that’s when i feel tired since more energy is needed to digest it (protein is energy expensive, due to high thermic effect), also help with sleep.

You either don’t eat as much as you think, or you’re physically active, or both.
i walk 2km in total with my backpack to get to school
i play some volleyball in recess but its only 15 each break so its not much

ive been a hardgainer my whole life

Your either very active and as a result can eat a lot, or have low hunger signaling
This metabolism cope always makes me laugh. Even activity is cope, it doesn’t do anywhere near as much as people do think

I’m fully aware.

But for skinny guys to think that they have a metabolism of like 3k+ calories while playing video games is bs. They simply over estimate how much they eat, it’s probably closer to 1.8-2.3k of food.

Barely ate/had low appetite and was 110lbs when i left highschool and 116 in my early 20s i was HOLOCAUST TWINK MAXXED and decided enough was enough and bulk maxxed to 140 but basically just don’t eat theorem

why did you grow to out of curiosity?
 
I wanna gain weight but it's hard
Add invisible calories to everything.

Cook in a lot more butter, add cheese to shit, eat 20% beef instead of 5%, sauces etc

I measure at 5’8 but my true height is probably 5’9 or 5’10 if i’m lucky but my khyphotic curve cucks me. I just shoe lift fraud, have seen some good progress with chiropractic care, and recently started gym maxxing incorporating exercises that strengthen weak muscles that contribute to kyphosis

Physically active?
I eat a high carb diet.

I'm not tremendously active, in the sense that I don't lift weights or play sports (but I at least get some exercise on foot, as I don't own a car)

I don't care for sugar. Some people have a sweet tooth, but it does nothing for me. Plus, I'm always on some kind of substance that suppresses my appetite in some way. It used to be cigarettes in my early 20's which is when I was extremely skinny. I would eat once a day and my gf and I would bang like rabbits

I remember we both had deep V cuts. The sex was incredibly hot

I was a bit overweight for a while but for some reason some girls liked it and commented that I looked good. Some girls like big dudes

I'm on stimulants now so I don't really gain any weight

Maybe your overweight, was just a bit fatter than what you used to be when you only ate one a day and on apatite suppressant, not necessarily overweight or fat which maybe why she still found you gl. idk i could very well be wrong.

I think it just made me look kinda dimorphic at the time and this particular girl seemed to be attracted to masculine guys

I don’t feel hungry and I play sports and I have adhd so I take lisdexamfetamine everyday

Advice for weight loss for appetitecels very simple
No mounjaro or ozempic just buy meth or adderall and start snorting/smoking it and u won’t eat for a whole week if ur smoking meth and a whole day if ur snorting adderall

You might end up schizophrenic but hey at least ur 8% bf
 
i eat decent amount of times in the day but im barely 70 kg
