Im skinny fat, should i build muscle with my high bodyfat or get rid of my fat and be skinny?

Those first guys have close to ideal physiques to women. They also are muscular, unless you view it from a roided body dysmorphia perspective.
A bit more muscle like jeff seid, zyzz or connor murphy is ideal. After that you are in diminishing returns land and the more shredded or muscular you get from at that point, the less and less you will appeal to women
