A leaner phisique will help me more for nichemaxxing in clothes

yeah bro just get a David laid physique in 2 years... you should go from good muscle mass (not too big) and lean ofc. focus on arms and shoulders, small waist for cloths

that won't get you David's physique man... not even close and def Not with one cycle.... are you lean? what bf% are you? because you'll need to gain about 30-40 LBS of lean mass which takes like a few roid cycles kys

yeah you won't get close to David's physique with these stats rn, you can get like 70% of it tho, arm size sure (biceps are like 16 inches, tris maybe shoulders) but def not the chest.

In 2 years its practicaly impossible, and you just cant get “too big” without steroids

Shoulders been training them for 2 years and they are the highlight of my phisique and biceps 2

I think a year will be enough really maybe another cycle and my dream phisique
