I'm only slightly skinny fat but my face is pretty bloated and what I've started doing is, eating as clean as possible while on a slight surplus with 20-30 mins of cardio after every gym session.
Would cardio help with getting rid of some of the fat that I have even while I'm slightly bulking?
And I've just been doing fast walking on the treadmill, should I start running or just stick to the fast walking? Because I've seen ppl on tt say that the body uses the energy of the muscles while running and energy of the fat while walking but idk if that's true
