I talked to my ortho about some concerns I had like narrow palette/narrow midface. I also mentioned how I feel like my maxilla is recessed and how tooth extractions probably recessed it further. She talked about how MARPE wouldn't be good cus like itd bring the front teeth back and mess up something or some bullshit idk. She said SARPE was the way to go and id need other surgeries for my mandible too. She said I also have an underbite which I have no clue how I do but my bite is not aligned Ik that and I'm pretty sure my actual mandible is asymmetrical. She also said how id need braces to fix the expansion from MARPE and then braces again to fix the other surgeries? So I'm like okay why not do both and then get braces after but she deadass said no. Great.
My concern is that SARPE wouldn't do shit for a narrow midface, like itd expand the maxilla but not the cheekbones or anything else. Like it wouldn't move any other part of the skull. Im wondering what other surgeries I should get to help aesthetically. I'm also wondering about what problems you guys can see with my skull in the x-ray. I think my occlusal planes pretty bad and I have like recession and sunken in maxilla and mandible. Its also very down grown and no forward growth, also ramus is fucked. Also wondering what I could do abt my wisdom teeth cus it seems like they're growing into my other molars and I don't want more extractions cus I for sure think these jew orthos fucked me.

Ive had braces and 2 extractions on top and 2 on bottom, had a palette expander but they barely expanded it.
Bite also isnt aligned, mandible bone is asymmetrical I think.
Recessed maxilla?
