Slaying
Gymcelling
- Anywhere from hours to days setting up a slay (just counting the swiping before the match)
- A socially taxing date where you have to lead.. talk shit
- A few minutes of dopamine flow from the achievement, and then 5 seconds of extacy
- Excitement and achievement gone in seconds, regret or apathic state ensue. Test drop.
- depressing realization that the slay was like every other slay and that your stuck in a loop
- you feel worse and weaker (unless the slay was exceptional)
- If you had alcohol everything is 5 times worse
- If you went raw you have to deal mentally with the involved risks
Gymcelling
- minor obstacle to get to the gym when tired.. but preparation time is nothing
- no social demand whatsoever.. music can be listened to
- does not break your nocum streak
- dopamine rush coming from pump and lasting the entire set
- food taste better afterwards, dopamine rush continues
- sleep better. Dopamine continues and you never regret anything and each gym session gives same dopamine rush with no hangover
- you feel better and stronger
