I’m going to take a sleep test to determine if I have sleep apnea.
I’m like 50/50 on whether or not I have it but want to increase my odds of being diagnosed with sleep apnea for insurance purposes.
So far, I will:
- Sleep on my back with no pillow
- Drink booze before the test
- Not take allergy medicine for a week before
- Eat a bunch of inflammatory junk food beforehand
Can anyone think of anything else? I’m allergic to peanuts so maybe I’ll eat a small amount as well to increase swelling in my throat.
