"This is water" Statistics show otherwise, 40% of Americans sleep less than 6 hours. In 1910 people slept an average of 9 hours in America. If this was water people would sleep more
Hormonal:
1.During sleep most hgh is realeased, limiting your hgh is bottlenecking your potential ascendsion.

2.Bad sleep also kills your test, unless you want to be a low dimo cutecel fat blob sleep is crucial.
Looks:
1. Even though purple under the eyes is caused by lack of bone structure, lack of sleep amplifies it and makes your lack of bone structure more noticable
2. Poor sleep negatively affects your skin from all aspcts, dry skin, less elasticity, acne, etc...
3. Since sleep is tied to metaolic processes, lack of sleep can mess with your weight (lean is law).

Mental(DNR, doesn't matter really):
Lack of sleep not only reduces your ability to focus, ut causes stress (cortisol spike). If you want to larp NT you can't be stressed out otherwise it is not going to work:lul:.

Conclusion: get 8+ hours of sleep boiiii
