literally best way to escape , no dopamine high and then crashes and feeling even more sad

just complete bliss and ignorance

and if you are lucky a good dream is the cherry on top

Sleep isnt really a break from reality though, it's just a different way of perceiving it

In a way, youve been "awake" as in experiencing things for 200k hours straight, it's quite brutal really

To think that reality is a continuous line, and I'm in the same play session I was at 10 years old

thats why i sleep at least 9-10 hours a day

8 at night and 1-2 at midday nap

nap is the best feeling ever
