Without proper sleep+Caffeine intake in the morning, I cant even think of approaching/ talking to girls, all I can think about is sleeping/rotting. I even look worse in the mirror


7 Hours a day should be your goal, I feel 8 hours/too much sleep makes you tired/lethargic throughout the day.

I can't fucking sleep like normal people. Always stay awake till morning and then I get 12 hours of unrefreshing unnatural sleep and wake up feeling like a zombie and just LDAR all day and then keep repeating the same fucking cycle over n over again

Legit. Uninterrupted sleep is very important. 8 hours is ideal, sleep when the sun goes down and wake when it comes up.

thats usually a sign of depression or something like that lol, I used to that to imo, when i was about to wake up, all I could think about how shitty my life was so I just went back to sleep

Sleep deprivation will turn you into a fucking loser. I've lost all motivation to do anything. Just laying in bed like a sloth. I fucking hate it and I wish I could do something about. My brain is fucking overactive and keeps OVERTHINKING as stated in my username

caffeine improves my mood but makes anxiety + sleep worse. Idk what to do

i feel like shit if i wake up at 6, 7, 8, 11 hours in. waking up is a genuine challenge sometimes

Sleep is important as hell for looksmax in general. Improved motivation, healthier looking eye area with less dark circles (dark circles are an easy way to instantly look like a school shooter freak, because most people don't have dark circles), better gains from working out, and just happier in general. Looksmaxing without fixing your sleep schedule is such a waste.
That being said, if you tie your porn usage to your sleep time, you're in for a fucking awful time trying to revert it. I'm going to make a guide on NoFap/NoPorn soon.

The amount you need and when to wake up differs a bit from person to person, because you need more or less sleep depending on lots of factors. People also have different sleep cycles, so while some people will wake up refreshed after 7 hours of consecutive sleep, others would feel much better after 7 and a half hours. I'd say anywhere between 7 to 9 hours is ideal in young adults. More than 9 is most likely just oversleeping.

Same bedtime and same wakeup time every day, even in weekends if possible. Helps a lot.

It doesn’t matter if I fall asleep at 11 my body still wakes up after 6 hours max

That's true, I guess "healthier looking eye area" was kind of vague. I just mean that by having a great sleep schedule and drinking enough water, it'll help a lot against dark circles, and dark circles are a seriously negative trait to have in the eye area.

Kek for most of the year in Norway the sun doesn't come up before like 11pm

If you wake up too early like 2 am, you will get frustrated. Get rid of any distractions before you sleep like mosquitos or lights. Also get rid of any stress at all costs. Use a blue light filter on your devices before you sleep so it doesn't ruin your biological clock.
