does it have any side effects on looks if sleep schedule is fucked? Like falling asleep at 4am but still getting the right amount of sleep (8+). I know it has many mental and energy factors that are worsened but i am talking straight looks wise.

sleep early (whenever you feel tired) or else youll look like an unhealthy freak
 
i feel tired at 4am and thats when i sleep, i sleep 8 hours at least, hence the question if it makes difference on appearance compared to normal sleep schedule.

it does make a difference, sleep early, you probably drug yourself with caffeine

true, the thing is i feel most energized at late nights 00-02 and that's when i go to the gym and feel the strongest. I also try to stay away from caffeine after 8pm

dont drink caffeine at all, force yourself to sleep early and youll eventually get tired at those times
