Sleep schedule

If i need preworkout just to get through my intense workouts and using oxa + igf-1 des (added recently) and then gh post workout, not breaking out rn due to accutane but i need 9hours of actual restful sleep for once, if i go to sleep at like 8:30pm and wanna wake up at 5:45, how do i manage this brahs? military method/manual relaxation methods work mildly but the caffeine is still in my system. Or do i remove pre and just rawdog that shit and work while at school

Try drinking cacao with milk before sleeping

And you may cut the pre-workout and get something less effective
Like coffee or Tea.:smonk:
