Does sleep descend bones or am I good? I have good bones but have been getting shit sleep lately,
i'm fine with bad sleep fucking up skin quality. I like to rely on my bone structure for the most,

tdlr; does bad sleep/not sleeping affect bone structure/bone mass noticably

What has this org done with people minds, 95% of your bones are result of genetics then 5% are result of your habits when growing up. Do you think chads slept only on their backs and we're chewing towels at the age of 12? You're either lucky or not

If you have Chad bone structure nothing you can do besides surgeries can fuck it up. Do u think RR gave a fuck about his sleep schedule?
 
i knew a guy who has had the same bone mass as Josh McGregor but as soon as he started even sleeping 1h less than 8h per night he turned into a complete subhuman and lost all of his bone mass
