Hi for the past 4 days i have some trouble sleeping i fall asleep around 10 PM and wake up for school at 6:30 everything seems good but in the night i all of a sudden wake up and then fall back asleep and when i wake up and look in the mirror i have a little red in the eyes and i don't know why i live a healthy lifestyle i am blocking all of the blue light by filters in monitors or in the phone i am also looking at the sun and sunset every time to have better circadian rhythm. I am sleeping in the dark cold room so i dont know what can be a problem, about the night waking up i thought about the cortisol maybe that's the problem so if you have some good suplements to eliminate the cortisol without any harm on the t-levels and gh or even any other hormones i would be very grateful.

You need cortisol to wake up its a part of your sleep cycle. And tuff shit gang js do all this for a month and you'll have no problems trust 4 days isn't enough
