the best like 2 months I been having big sleep problem like i always take me more then hour or two to fall asleep and i wake up in the middle of the night like 2 times to go to pee.
I don't eat 2-3 before sleep and don't drink 1-2 hours also
I'm taking 620mg of Gaba
and 400mg of magnesium glycinate
for about 2 weeks and still don't see any changes.
so im trying to ask what can i do to improve it. thanks
 
Try to avoid any blue light within 2 hours of going to bed. Try to not enter your room, especially lay on your bed if you are not going to sleep.
Supplements like melatonin can help, but could induce side effects like night terrors.

Some people say that having any electronics out of your bedroom could help improve sleep, but there are no studies for this, so there isn’t any proof for if it will work or not.
