fix your circadian rythm, go to sleep early and stick to a strict routine. dont use your phone like an hour before going to sleep, eat 2 hours before sleep. be active during the day, take melatonin if necessary. morning sunlight is important too. dont really need more than this

like i wake up at 4 am
Wow, I wake up literally at least 5. times every night. Waking up once after a relatively long spell of sleeping, is physiological and nothing to worry about- unless you generally feel like trash after waking.
