I want to know if sleeping at 3am and waking up at 11am is okay or is it fucking up my hormones? (it's 8hours of sleep)
Would it be more beneficial to sleep at 12am and waking up at 8am better? (both 8hrs)
or should I just do 12-11pm for the most hours (11)
I've read that more hours don't actually mean good sleep, so I was curious
