Its 9am and haven't slept the night but now i feel shit. Imagine if there was a drug thst basically flushes your brain exactly as when you sleep. Would be lifefuel tbh jfl

Tbh should i do all nighter and go to sleep at like 8pm today to reset my circadian rhythm or cope with 3 hours of sleep?

Cause i was too hyped all night, no clear reason, just felt energetic, stayed on my phone till 6am and the sun was coming up, so i said fuck it im going to reset my sleep schedule and try as hard to sleep at 11pm each night, wake up at 7am

Sleeping wastes so much fucking time and you are forced to not only just partake in it but sleep at least a third of your life or you will get looksminned. Take the sleeppill, the ultimate time-consumer

Nah im also waking up at 12:30, but its not just how long, but when you sleep, over for our melatonin/cortisol circadian cycle

Yeah i have this as well, to the letter. For example i fix my sleep once a month, first day 10pm, then 11pm, then 11:30pm, then 12:00 am after 5 days 3-4am, its brutal and over

No i always went to sleep 3-4am on average, since i was 13. I still have a gf for 3.5 years now jfl. I got acne from corticosteroids, but thankfully tretinoin has wiped out 90%, of my acne breakouts, now what is left is the post inflammatory erythema like in this pic taken today

I plan on working a hard labor job summer next year in Germany, and use the money on Fraxel Laser which treats erythema fully, buy a electric razor to shave (can't shave my pubes now cause razors ogre my skin), buy tons of mastic gum, top line fragrances, and hair products.

Same, no class tomorrow so im rotting now until 1pm, then go to my gf at 2pm :Comfy:

I did that but took me 3 days to reset it because I would last longer each day. Now I sleep 10pm and Wake up 4 am
