My facial features (nose and lips) are slightly pushed to the right as a result of sleeping on one side most of my childhood. This is a kinda dumb and quick question but is this a result of sleeping on my left or right side too much? I never paid attention to it before, so I’m not sure.

Chad sleeps at whatever position he wants, and always has symmetrical face.

U basically have problems in ur teeth, that's it not sleeping on one side or mewing or some shit

Well u realize it bro, sleeping on one side wouldn't affect ur bones at all, it's more likely with how ur teeth is placed and grew, pushing ur maxilla to that position
my maxilla/teeth got realligned with braces over the past few months, but my lips/nose still stay tilted to the right.

Are u below 18? if not then it's normal because the bones basically fused already and u can't move it easily without surgery.

If yes, then you're extremely unlucky ngl

jfl at this cope sleeping on one side is literally optimal asymmetry is purely created by cranial torsion it happens mostly when the embryo has trauma during the gestation even if the impact was really small your tissue is so soft at that time that it gets deformed and your bones just keep growing in that deformed position

And don't even say "muh when i was a toddler my face was symmetric" ofc you were because now you have double the bone density and more defined features so asymmetry becomes more noticeable as you grow

i feel like ive seen so many cases of people who sleep on one side suffering from asymmetry as a result, whether its just pooling of bloating or wtv. what makes sleeping on 1 side optimal?
