So, while doing research on upper eyelid exposure (Cause it was nerfing me), I figured out about sleepmaxxing, I began sleeping at 9:30 (Prepping for bed starting at around 8:40, and sleeping on time)

I started noticing when waking up that my eyebrows were

1. Growing far more than normal (Promoting hair growth)
&
2. Were far lower down than usual on my eyes (I had very high UEE)

I was able to track the cause to having a very tense face, relaxing your face before bed by using a gua sha and going to sleep earlier in the day (And not staying up doomscrolling on your phone) while minimizing blue light intake can actually make your UEE go down by a noticeable amount

When using a Gua Sha every day, the effects will be temporary (For that day), but as we know doing something every day makes it permanent as long as you actually do it and don't forget, so why not do it to lower UEE? You don't have to Gua sha obviously, but SIGNIFICANTLY help UEE>

having puffier eyes seems like a good thing to me

Why would you want puffier eyes when you could have lower eyebrows? More hooded and better.

Read up on eyebrowmaxxing in BoTB, lower eyebrows = more SMV and female appeal for that masculine look

Everyone wants lower UEE, use volufiline for puffier eyes

eh

What? did you DNR? you get less UEE from sleeping
Doesn’t make sense tho. Fluid drainage and eye area fluid drainage will make you get less uee? Doesn’t make sense at all. Bloated eye area will give you less UEE not debloated

Doesn't work like that, a less bloated eye area will give you less UEE than a bloated one, the only way that isn't true is if you have outward set eyes (Not deep or normal set eyes) because that will actually effect your eye area in a big way, when you sleep your muscles become less stressed especially your facial ones and your eyebrows begin to rest lower.
