ive heard so many things people say sleeping on the back is best, then some say your facial symmetry gets cooked if you sleep on the side. i dont think it really matters dont overthink it

If you have breathing issues then possibly due to mouth breathing (in this case use mouth tape or sleep on your side).

No sleeping on your back won’t affect bone structure in your face wtf kinda question is this. Itle help your posture tho and only that. It won’t fix your symmetry but sleeping on your side can fuck it up over time
