sleeping with a fan on my room hitting my legs n stomach causes me massive bowel movement

Anyone else has noticed anything similar? Can't find much info online.

I visit the toilet multiple times at night and shit out fluid until my butt starts bleeding.

It's pretty annoying but at the same time I am ok with it because I'm normally constipated.
