I've been sleepmaxxing for around 6 months now, and with much trail and error this is what I found WORKS:

Before Bed:
- Magnesium
- Zinc
- Melatonin ( <10 mg)
- 20 Min Meditation
- Fan on
- NO ARTIFICIAL LIGHTS (Completely Dark)

Add ons:
- Mouthtape
- Sound machine/ 432 hrtz frequency
- Cooling Pillowcase
- Weighted / Cooling Blanket

I use a Garmin watch to track my sleep, I score around mid 80s - low 90s on average.
Sleep well.

I recommend you to use Apple Watch 10, which is the best watch for sleep tracking.

do you feel well rested when you wake up?

is it easy to get out of bed and are you energetic when getting out of bed?

no I don’t think it’s bat to take supplements at night, only eating a large amount of food or drinking a lot of liquid is bad
