Imagine being a casted IG model, blowing up, doing an Onlyfans and still getting worshipped in the comment sections for being a pretty parasite to society, living the modern middle age king privilege while the others are balding in medical studies to become a mere surgeon and still earning 10 times more without any time investment or sacrifice cause the next rich cuck simp will gladly date u out of deseperation

Don't listen to others, getting outta bed in the morning is not just about discipline & it can in fact be incredibly easy. Below is pretty much everything you need to do for good sleep & getting outta bed with ease in the morning:

1: Get morning sunlight. It's insanely important dude you don't even get the importance of this for having energy and having a proper circadian rhythm, the difference between getting it & not getting is crazy. Won't explain all the benefits, you can research it yourself. If you can't get near the sun as soon as you wake up, buy a 10k lux light therapy lamp on amazon and stand in front of it for 30 minutes every morning at the time you want to be awake at. Pls read the reviews so you don't get a shit lamp that doesn't work, and preferably get one like the carex lamp because it's probably the most predictable & high quality light therapy lamp for this use case. There's a specific distance you have to be at for it to work, so be sure to check the description of the lamp. You can keep it in front of you while you do your morning routine or get ready for the day

2: Go to bed at the same time every night

3: Take a relatively low dose of melatonin like 1mg 2 hours before you plan on going to bed but keep this time consistent every day. Don't take anything higher than 1mg or you'll be groggy in the morning

4: Take 300mg magnesium glycinate 1 hour before going to bed

5: Stay off your phone 1hr before bed

Wake up and go take a shower, the dopamine you ll get before your shower will motivate you to stand up

good advice. Cold showers (at the coldest setting you have) spike dopamine and norepinephrine a ton, and I'm pretty sure it lasts a few hours. I think it's a good thing to use when you're already able to get out of bed in the morning by having a good circadian rhythm & getting morning sunlight, or else it'll feel 10x harder to get up & get in the shower. no alpha male shit, cold showers are genuinely helpful in the morning

Take a normal warm shower pal you’re litteraly stressing your body by eliminating all energy in order to be keep your body core warm since you’re freezing

I take warm showers at night lol. I really just do like to also take a cold shower in the morning, makes me feel good for the day. it's personal preference though (y)

As someone who is a insomniac what worked for me is stop doing drugs that affect sleep:nicotine, Adderall, caffeine and basically any stimulant. take magnesium and set a consistent bedtime. you need at least 8 hours of sleep minimum. if those don't work get prescribed trazadone which is to treat insomnia.
