Like you don't feel sick if you don't sleep at all

But if you only sleep 2-4 hours it feels worse actually than if you never slept at all.

For me it’s I’d rather sleep a little and than drink caffeine

than not sleep and survive since caffeine doesn’t help if you haven’t slept

I drank like 4 espresso shots when I woke up but the effect is gone now I’m sleepy again
