I'm pretty sure genio is always better because it's your own bone that grows inbetween the empty space made during the surgery. Only reason I'd consider implants is because you can get them removed easily (in case of a fuckup) and there is almost no recovery time, but recovery time from genio is already very short (not much longer than a week afaik)

yeah its more ''real'' so to say. And Genio is nowhere near as heavy as lefort for example
i think implants are only best for zygos
