Maybe @SirGey can help you recommend one of his surgeons. You don't even have to pay general anesthesia because it's to expensive. Just make it local and you are done.

I think if you have the money for it you should always go for a top surgeon when it is inregards to osteotomy. I have been following your posts @honkhonkpatna seems like we both have the same problem. Not that I have actually seen pictures of cephs of you. In my opinion I would rather pay extra for the extra for a good doctor than try to cut corners.

You should be able to get it done for substantially less than 100k sek which is like 1/3rd of a years salary on average in Sweden = super worth.
