Realized this after I realized how horrible I looked during the bulk, was 170 and it I didn’t look great but as of now I’m 155 and slightly below and I’ve noticed so much better definition in my face, cheeks are a little more hollow I would personally say mmtn-hmtn, you could believe I’m biased but I’m pretty brutal on myself and this is after a haircut (mod cut) which I realize shorter hair looks better, too short will emphasize my bad lateral orbitals tm tho and make my zygos look weird (wide skull somewha prominent zygos) but honestly I’m happy as of rn with what I have before I enter puberty fully, getting more facial and body hair (chin for example which I’ve never seen) regardless of all this I personally think bulking isn’t great for you, ofc you can lean bulk but maintenance seems to be working out great for me, I’m active 3-4 times out of the week with soccer and the gym and even js moving around at my job helps. Lean bulk will get you more muscle and minimal fat but if you truly want to js be lean and big js take compounds if it’s truly you’re goal (my perspective)
