Slight nasiolabial folds for wider mouth

My problem is that I have giga wide IPD (69mm) and my mouth is only 57mm
My nose alar base is 37mm
 
go pinch your cheeks while mouth widening so that it won't give you nl folds if that's what you mean

Does that really work? Lifefuel is true
I only tried mouth widening a couple of times and figured I don't really need it, but when I did it I always pinched my cheeks in a way so that the skin wouldn't make folds while widening
 
Look in a mirror while you do the exercises to make sure you hold your cheeks correctly. Also you need to be very consistent with it because the results can go away if you stop doing it but the nasolabial folds will stay
