slimmer nose

so ive looked around my house n found both hydrocortisone (1%) and betamethasone but the betamethasone for each gram it contains 0.5mg of betamethasone and 10mg of clotrimazole. so far ive only used the hydrocortisone cream f2 times waking up and at night and i think my nose went slimmer or idk if its a placebo so how should i apply ts and which one should i use. Can someone give more info pls.
