FOMO is a very bad trait for a man to have.

Think of all the cringe things this forums obsesses over: ageism, iQ, ‘mogging’, ‘roping’.

It stems from an evolutionary adaptive strategy for people with low genetic fitness, fast life is for peasants and slaves.

By slow life you mean an actual biological term for people who have a slow development and then slow aging, or just more of a social term describing a lifestyle where you have a slow and steady peak in life

But is there conclusive evidence that there's significant differences in the physiology aspects mentioned between people? From what I know the rate of development and onset of puberty only may vary 5 years maximum unless we are talking about very rare exceptions derived from disorders. Same for biological aging.

Ok, then you mean it in what I called a "social" term.

Yes, I agree that it's superior but it's hard to enjoy the benefits of living in such a way when the vast majority of people live in fast life mode. Also it should fit with your biological phase, what I mean with this is that if you for example finish puberty at 20, in other words you are ready enough to engage in intercourse since your hormones and body are at its peak, losing your virginity at 25 wouldn't be "slow life" more like actually missing out which definitely matters. I don't know if you understand what I mean
