Well having extra weight in nature is obviously beneficial.
But no one in nature is fat

If they shedded their weight all the time they would die cause it kept them warm too

Just eat less literally i had slow metabolism too and still lost shitton tbh

i lost 4-5 kgs in the first month on 500 deficit went from 22% bf to 15% and now I am stuck like a faggot for a month
