The idea goes against the 80/20 rule (which in reality is more akin to a 90/10 rule). Most women will not have a large number of sexual partners. Granted, that before modern society a woman would've been considered a 'slut' for fucking outside of marriage at all, but in modern times a slut is somebody with a large bodycount.

Most women will only fuck a relative minority of men which means the slut trope is mostly just bullshit bluepiller fiction.

No, sluts are real, I've met girls who would choose the best possible guy only to be pumped and dumped by him, then find another one and the same thing happened, and they've kept complaining why they can't secure a man, but they've were doing the same thing over and over again - offering sex early and being dumped or ghosted immediately after that....
After some time, they would reluctantly lower their standards, hoping that this way they would get a stable relationship where they would have the upper hand, they would find some normie or subhuman, but since they had a reputation as sluts, those guys did the exact same thing to them...
