I was thinking of a business idea for brokey's and tards that's not online since the market is over saturated. It's physical but doesn't require you to have a store and doesn't take any real physical labor or very limited at most and or employees or 1 at most. I also wanted it to be very easy and to be $0 down with no interest. Also it needed to be a high potential income stream in just one city it should be able to produce 10 million in profits and maybe accomplish this in your first year.
Idea: Vending Machines with Marijuana, Hemp and CBS.
Methodology:
1.Legality :Obtain all proper licenses and permits for the selling of these products.
A. Ensure there are no laws prohibiting selling these items via vending machines.
2.Location: Call local businesses that meet the specifications for operating procedures per the local government requirements.
A. This is the norm in certain areas in Colorado and In other countries. See the types of businesses they use.
B. Ensure they are in a great location in the city and should have the highest possible foot traffic
C. Pay no more than $200 per month
D. You want a city that is affluent, low in crime and high in desire to be high and obviously legal.
3. Market Research: Determine best products to sell based on your market research. Check all the dispensary in your area and find the top 50 selling items.
A. Sell medicinal cannabis and CBD
B. If you select areas with low crime and high security measures than eventually look into selling top shelf items that can go for 1k per ounce.
C. You can initially undercut the local dispensaries for the same items since you have almost no overhead compared to them.
4.)Machines: find the best vending machine that meets your safety, security, and total item requirements.
A. It appears the average vending machine for weed is 2k to 10k.
Here's an example.

5. Financing:
A. Life insurance
- example , I still have my whole life universal insurance I started with the knights of Columbus back in 2003. It's now a half million dollars and I only put in bare minimum payments of $10 per day and forgot about it for a while. It was never meant to be a growth investment and just a safe guaranteed lifetime payout and something to use if I needed it.
I can borrow against my policy interest free and it's penalty free up to 10 percent of the entire policy.
B. Credit card promotions. If you have a solid credit score of 700 plus you will have many opportunities to find a credit card for at least a 10 k limit and 0 percent interest for 12 to 18 months.
- u can use an AU to fraud your credit. If you have a family member or friend that will do it for free or with a promise for a future amount thar would be best.
C. If you have no insurance, no job, no family or friends willing to help you out for free or a future payment then you can negotiate with the sellers of the machine to get seller financing at zero down. Just continue to raise the interest rates until one of the sellers agrees. It's irrelevant once you will make back the amount of the machine within a week.
6. Increasing profits
A.) Have 10 locations under contract before you even start with your first one. Contracts do not start until your machine is in the facility.
B. ) once the first one is up and running and you have figured out the types of products that work the best and the weekly amount, order another one immediately and rinse and repeat until all ten locations are up and running.
C. Bare minimum you should make 3k per day or $10,950,000. The average cost of cannabis is $300 per ounce so that's just 10 sales a day. If you are in a affluent area that loves weed in a area with very high foot traffic then this would be underperforming. Even if you have 30 dispensaries in the city that's irrelevant because you will be the only one that has a vending machine and they are paying for the convenience and the price for specific items will be cheaper.
The average dispensary is pulling in 5k to 20k per day. Yes they are bigger and have more variety. However, you are offering the highest quality highest demand products for slightly cheaper on higher foot traffic areas in a very affluent city that loves weed. I can really see an average day of 30 items per day at $400 per item being a potential average. That's $43,800,000 and that's just one city. Once you put this business on autopilot you can use the same methodology in as many cities as you can based on legality and the other factors.
7. Cutting costs:
A. If you have a high interest seller financing loan on the machines pay them off immediately before the first payment.
B. Get the machines that are built to last and low maintenance.
C. Do the work yourself for the first year in loading up the items at each location.
D. Negotiate the lowest possible price point for rental of the small spaces.
E. Try getting bulk order deals on the items.
G. Taxes: you will be at the highest tax bracket which is 37 percent and most likely 10 percent but doe state and 3 percent for local taxes for a 50 percent tax rate.
8.Tax loopholes for the rich
A. Non profit organization. You are selling medical products at a cheaper price to assist the local community in cost and improve the health of the community and environment.
B. Accepting silver or gold is not taxable unless you sell the silver or gold as that's capital gains tax.
C. Put into a holding company with a promise to donate in the future. The IRS never audits or checks this.
D. Ghost company in tax free country
8. Security and insurance
A. Have the highest quality machine that has an alarm and would take a bomb to break into.
B. Ensure the business you are in has surveillance and security.
C. As stated be in a low crime affluent area
D. Highest quality insurance to cover the machines and products. Even though you want to save as much money as possible you need to protect your assets as much as possible. Worst case scenario all machines are destroyed and the products are stolen you are down over a half million dollars. Basically the monthly cost is similar to home insurance.
Arguments against this idea refuted
1. No you won't get robbed because you are in a white and wealthy area and the machines have high levels of security as do the locations you are in and you are completely covered by insurance.
2. This isn't like selling weed on the street.
A. You have exponentially higher levels of traffic, you can get bulk amounts, you can sell in many locations then spread to many cities then nations. Selling on the street as just one person you are making small amounts and not even the same amount as one machine and doing so illegally. So this isn't even comparable. All steps are necessary.
3. Legality: I have already researched multiple states and many cities and found nothing prohibiting this methodology per standard operations regulations of selling these products in those cities. Only thing holding you back is you and your limited mindset
