Small face?

I've got a small face with big and uneven ears, a little bit big nose and a under developed jaw.My age is 18, is there anything I can do?

probs cooked epigenetics/genetics if its actually recessed and 18 is double the age you want to where change is possible if that is the case. if you genetically lucky you get a tiny bit of jaw growth at that age but your probs not that lucky
