Small red circle near to my mouth what can it be ?

I just woke up with a small red and slightly dry red circle next to my mouth what can it be? If it wont go away in the next two days ima visit a dermatologist. Is there anyone here who had the same condition ?

can it be hemorrhoid even if i "cant feel" when I touch it ? just a bit dry red circle probably around 6mm
