Possible, it varies , not guaranteed, just like huge jaw can be sign of high t but really just the receptors in the jaw are are just more sensitive to testosterone and growth not the whole face itself

No but if you have a wider head while simultaneously having a naturally wider neck your ears are forced to protrude out more due to the mastoid process being between your ears and neck
Hence why the first guys neck is so much skinnier yet has less protruding ears
