Yup I hit puberty at 10. Can do 25 pushups in a single go too but I don’t know mabye I need a banging pre workout to do like 55kgu must be eating 900 calories a day or u had a failed puberty. 50kg bench is like struggling with pushup with your knees on the floor

Nah I wanna keep my abs and get shredded by summer so I am for 120g carbs per day. Bump my protein and fat intake. Fat is 100g daily too. Jfl if you would take ‘natural steroids’ too. U will be ridiculated by being natural and taking spending over $200 on supplements such as Ashwaghandha, Tribulus etc. Where you can enjoy bodybuilding by taking test, tren both cost $50 each.Natty lifting is a joke
