Smaller nose without surgery possible?

i know that accutane can make your nose smaller but ive seen like bojack using some kind of cream on his nose to make it less puffy or smaller ig whatever you want to call it, so if someone has answers let me know ill give you the green solve mark

You put it on your nose, it's a corticosteroid, it shrinks your nose a bit.

Won't remove a dorsal hump or anything.

idk you could google it but the one i bought here in america was 1% hydrocortisone witch doesnt need prescription
